The goal of the Team Builder Project is to save you the frustration and irritation normally associated with network marketing and specifically, developing a downline.
The Project has a number of inviting premises, including - no meetings, no phone calls, no recruiting your regional market and family , and oh yeah-
it's free.
You've probably heard every bit of this before, in some ad or other sort of marketing. Nonetheless the Team Builder Project ( which I'll abbreviate TBD from this point on for brevity) is something atypical than what you've seen before.
Morelike a co-op than anything else ,it is built totally online where you construct your team in advance.
So you first put together a group- which the TBP assists you with- then you pick which mlm you all are going to join together.
The premise is to subtract many of the more annoying aspects of the business , like recruiting, meetings, conference calls, etc. And all the guesswork. Sounds too good to be true right ?
you don't get to choose which company you enroll into.
The Team Builder Project leadership is waiting until there are 10,000 associates, then everyone votes on the business the entire group will join together. In this sense the TBP is comparable to a company in a pre-launch phase, just one would be assembling a team before hand but not know anything about the actual company itself.
So if you were thinking this was the perfect recipe for adding people to your current company, think again.
Also you would subsequently have to join this new company and throw down the start-up, renewal fees, learn the comp plan, etc. to take advantage of your already built downline.
( Unless you were able to contact everyone in your downline and convince them to otherwise join a different oppurtunity. This is not the purpose of it of course, and may appeara bit unscrupulous- not suggesting one do that- I'm merelysaying ... )
This would also require you to separate loyalties from your current opp orrenounceone or the other, as not many people can really work two companies at once.
If you're not a citizen of the US, Canada, or Australia, this is blocked to you as well so you can either relocateto one of these countries of forget it as far as TBP goes.
When one joins the Team Building Project they obtain access to a back office which provides one with referral links and training for assembling a team online using social media and email marketing. Also included are email updates, notifications and progress reports, so that you know when someone has joined because of your referral link, hence putting them into your downline in the program , provided they stay on, which could be problem once it comes time for people to join and cut checks, especially if the're on the short end of the totem pole.
The voting process for selecting the business everyone is set to join will be simple: the more people who've clicked on your referral link, the more votes you hold . So it pays to advertise. The leadership of the Team Building Project does seem to be very determined to do due diligence in selecting a company - of which there will be five choices- to ensure the highest rate of success for everyone involved.
In my opinion, the TBP is a wonderful concept ; however , it will not help you in building your current business. If you're the type of person who's currently exploring other networking oppurtunities though, then this might just be a perfect fit for you.
To really commence jump starting the business you're already in, you can make this viable by learning to market properly and employ the same techniques used by every big earner in this industry, but most sponsor's aren't even aware of : to get a glimpse of what truly successful marketers use in this business, head on over to
